Because we ship cross-border, weโreย currently unable to accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mindย (e.g., wrong size/color, not a fit).
If something simply isnโt right for you,ย email us within 7 days of deliveryย and weโll send aย one-time 30% off codeย for your next purchase as a goodwill gesture.

Defective / wrong item
If your order arrivesย damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us withinย 7 daysย atย support@budgetholidayshop.comย with your order number and clear photos/video (outer package + product). Weโllย replaceย the affected item orย refundย it promptly.
Hygiene & personal items
For safety reasons,ย intimate/personal-care products are non-returnable once opened. Unopened units follow the rules above.
Refused/undeliverable parcels
Parcels refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address, unpaid duties, or missed delivery areย not eligible for shipping refunds. Reshipment, if requested, is billed at cost.
Notes for EU/UK customers
Some regions grant statutory withdrawal rights. Where applicable by law,ย exceptions for sealed hygiene goods still apply.
